We should be able to take legal action against Gardens of Memory for breach of contract. It saddens me to think that,when I go visit the graves of my husband and our son, that I would see the deplorable state that the grounds and graves are kept. We signed a contract that this place of rest would be maintained. Well, it is not. I have confronted them many times and it does nothing but make me angry. By keeping the grounds neatly groomed & maintained. Also, the owner should be available to all who purchased there & he is not available & does not allow his phone number to be given to anyone. Those who purchased plots there were told the grounds would always be maintained but it is very sad looking now.
They do not care for the grounds. I’m so sorry my parents are buried there.
By keeping the weeds and ant hill off my Dad's grave. I live in Midland, GA so I don't get to go but every couple of months. Every time I go there are ant hills all over his grave and weeds. My Dad was from Headland and this is where he wanted to be at rest. If I had known how unkept he would be I would have put him somewhere else. This place is run down and poorly kept.
You think this place is well maintained??? Drive and take a look right now. The grounds are atrocious!! Total lack of respect for your loved ones that are laid to rest there. They are just after the $$$$$.
Would be GREAT if they bought some weed eaters.....AND hired someone to use them.
The past several times I been by to visit my baby brother the grounds have looked HORRIBLE. Grass not being cut, trash everywhere, bushes overgrown. I'm not sure who owns or is in charge of this anymore but I intend to find out. I literally grabbed a trash bag and walked around picking up it was so bad.. RIDICULOUS AND SO DISRESPECTFUL
