The beet juice drink is the best I've ever had! Excellent mixed greens salad as well. Good job Carlos!
Had the most wonderful meal tonight. Enjoyed the 5-course meal with wine pairing. Highly recommend it. The selection/entrees change each night upon the chef's choice, but I can guarantee anything the chef chooses will be excellent. Braised short ribs melt in your mouth.
