I’ve never had so many packages and items stolen in my life than on this property and I’ve lived in far worse neighborhoods than San Mateo. Worst off, I can’t tell you how many other tenants and home owners tell the HOA they’ve had items stolen and there is still no cameras, or way to catch anyone who steals all the packages, breaks into peoples cars, and steals laundry, these occurrences happen multiple times a week and the HOA does nothing.

Ive lived here less than 5 months, i've had over 10 packages stolen, laundry stolen and to top it off had my car broken into and everything taken. This H.O.A doesnt care about its renters or the people in the building. Multiple neighbors have stated their car had been broken into as well. Most of us have asked for cameras in the central locations to no avail. This is a beautiful place that located in a great area aside from that save your money because moving in will only cost you more money in the long run

Terrible management company. There’s nobody around to help anymore and things constantly break without warning. Now they want us to do all of the work for them for free. It’s a joke!
