RESIDENT SINCE 1993: DO NOT INVEST HERE. Bring your dollars to a property that will honor your dollar. Believe the poor reviewers. They are actually being nice. The good reviews on this “association” come from the people on the board themselves. The board, manor( management company), and property, make this a pathetic excuse for gated living, let alone a premium product in San Mateo County. Good place, but lacking monthly meetings and proper communication of updates.
I’ve lived here for over 20 years, and just because there are some complaints about car break ins doesn’t mean that they’re true. The management company is a mixed bag, and the fact that people want cameras means that they’re paranoid. I’ve never actually seen any cars broken into, but when packages aren’t delivered to units, that’s a grey area. I’ve never had so many packages and items stolen in my life than on this property and I’ve lived in far worse neighborhoods than San Mateo. Worst off, I can’t tell you how many other tenants and home owners tell the HOA they’ve had items stolen and there is still no cameras, or way to catch anyone who steals all the packages, breaks into peoples cars, and steals laundry, these occurrences happen multiple times a week and the HOA does nothing.
