I have lived at the Garden’s Edge for two years and I really have nothing but good things to say. The maintenance is beyond quick and that is such a relief. The complex itself is very new so there are few worries I have as a tenant. The only thing: the rent is pretty high, and has increased each year. So what are you paying for? Safety, peace and quiet (the neighborhoods around us are filled with families), and quality of living. Not to mention an AMAZING office team. Shout out to Nancy because she’s so cool.
