After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers, I moved her to Colorado so I could oversee her care. She had been in 3 other facilities in the 5 years that she has been in Colorado, and although she made connections with staff and residents at the other facilities, I never saw her as happy and at home as she has been at Columbine Acres. Horrible company and upper management. They are keeping their bad reputation going.
Beautiful facility - very calm and clean. Staff is very pleasant. Make sure you ask if your loved one will need to be re-evaluated before returning to the community should they have a trip to the ER. You need to be informed and prepared.
My grandmother’s been living here for a year or two now and the staff here is amazing!! They have been a huge help to our family in my grandmothers last days and we are very appreciative of everything!! Thank You
