My brother is a resident at Applewood. They keep us posted on his activities during the day, regardless of his activity level. He must like the food because that is the one activity he participates in.
We moved my brother into the Gardens Care Applewood in September. We have been very happy with that decision. The girls that work there do an amazing job. They truly care about the residents. They are wonderful about communicating. Brittany and Vanessa have done an excellent job keeping me informed whenever I have a question or concern. Thank you ladies, you excel at what you do.
Staff is extremely attentive and kind to the residents. The communication is great! Residence is very clean and well-cared for. We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving!
The staff here do more than provide care, they build relationships. Every caregiver treats residents with patience, respect, and genuine kindness, even on the hardest days. They take the time to learn who each person is beyond their diagnosis, honoring their history, routines, and preferences in a way that preserves dignity and comfort.
