Edit: After approximately seven months of living here I take it all back...yes my neighbors are still really good, and yes this is a place to live but that's about it. There's not been one month pass that we haven't had a work order in to fix something, and that's since day one of moving in, lived with a hole in the ceiling for over a month letting all sorts of roaches and bugs in, the heating and air was out for over a month. a couple things should be fixed over here for sure like the fact that the sidewalk floods everytime it rains and ur walking in large puddles and grows fungus afterwards, the terrible squeaky floors , and even worse the roach problem.
I’ve had BLACK MOLD in my townhome since mid May 2025 that is still ongoing: there is 5+ issue but this is the main one! The air quality in the unit is trash! The water heater closet is full of mold and overdue/outdated covered up messes which has caused me to be hospitalized due to it causing a sinus bacterial infection that made it hard for me to talk/swallow (the pain was a 10/10) and also caused me to sound like I had a balloon in my throat. Me and my family have lived in this neighborhood for two years. We first stayed in the townhomes at the beginning of the neighborhood. When we first moved in it was great , it looked nice , everything worked and within a month it was like everything had to stop working at once. The dishwasher never worked even though it was stainless steel , the washer and dryer they provided never worked properly so still had to go to laundry mat and when contacting maintenance we were always ignored.
