I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I should with this one. I came in needing a root touch up as well as a couple shades lighter all over. I'm in a musical and they want me platinum, something that wouldn't be difficult considering my hair is already about a level 9 and exceptionally healthy. The stylist at Gardenia agreed that my hair was healthy enough to bleach, but insisted I would be content with "just toner". I repeated myself multiple times to no avail.
