Rude behaviour, the receptionists are full of arrogance. They think while sitting on that chair . They can speak in anyway they like.I Dont recommend it
It is not walk in anymore.. receptinist told me that I have to wait 2 hours to see dr.Ghandhi, even thought I reached there at 9 am Before they open and no one was there till 9.45 am Very rude, very rude.. well I can only say that, we are coming there just when we have no choice.. good luck otherwise this might not exist. I recomand also we have another option Dr. Praminder Kaur at Luthra medical center, atleast they treat you nicely..
One girl at front desk is too rude and unprofessional she does not have manners how to respond to patients she suppose to get training and another one tall girl is nice and welcoming to clients. Moreover doctors are really nice and good service providers.
I went to this Pharmacy Mr Harsimran attended me. He treated me with so much care and respect. His is so knowledgeable and friendly. I also had the opportunity to see Dr Gill, and Dr Sharma wow what a great person and physician. I wish I had gone to this clinic earlier. You will be lucky if they take you as their patient.
Went in doubled over in pain from what i suspect is a pinched nerve in my back. The girl barely looked up from the other receptionist's phone to address me and as I was explaining the issue she cut me off to say that their system was down so they aren't taking new patients. Surprisingly though, she was able to take the next person's health card who was south Asian and help them as I hobbled out.
