Bad customer service. The workers direct you to be wrong row when you can find a worker .the act like you bothering them when you ask for help.no workers to check you out. You have to check your self out.
Today the bus driver act like my metro link ticket did not cover my fare then she tried to say it was expired 6/13/2025 at 3am in morning she harassed never had a problem on any other busses. So next stop she was harassing another customer getting on she never gave me time to get the money and when I set down open my bag she said it ok the other person she harassed so much the person was trying to get off but driver closed door so they couldn't this was wired the number 2 this driver attack customer getting on this not fair ... read more
