Very good customer service.
We are lucky to own many German quality Gardena tools. They make our gardening so much more pleasant. As everything else in life, some may need maintenance, so we sent our automatic hose reels in for service. One was damaged while returning to us via a courier company. One email to customer service was replied by Darren telling us that he would exchange the damaged unit with a brand new one. Not only is their equipment first class but so is their customer service ! Thank you Darren and Gardena.
