Residents are ignored, and miss treated,by the aids, and nurses. And if you dare to speak up about it being wrong, they turn around and slander you, trying to take the focus off of them!!!! It’s a horrible place for the wonderful, and amazing residents, and I’m discussed to the max by Delmars complete lack of compassion or proper care!!! And as if that’s not bad enough they have scabies and bed bug problems at the Meramac Valley location and don’t notify the residents families and keep it hush hush instead!!! RecommendedStaff very caring and you can be totally independent or choose limited care if you need it. One wing of the building is for assisted living residents. The remainder of the building is independent living.

My father was there for less than two weeks. I that short time I found a used hypodermic needle on his bedside tray . When I reported it to the nurses station , I was told that since he wasn't receiving any injections it must have been used on someone else and was set down and forgotten about. On July 5, he was rushed to ER from this facility. The two previous days we had found him in the dining room with an empty O2 tank. This was reported both times to the nurse on duty , we received no explanation. My father passed away o... read more

My mom moved in 8 days ago and we are so impressed! The staff is amazing and my introverted mom has already made friends! It gives me great peace to know she’s in such a amazing place! �
