I have worked at Garden View for 2 1/2 years. The first time I walked through the doors here, I felt a good energy - the building itself is warm and homey - the residents are a bunch of characters who warm my heart and make me laugh - the staff is awesome and go above and beyond to care for our residents in every way. Lots of love and laughter at Garden View!
My mom has been at Gardenview for more than 2 years & she LOVES it. The staff is fantastic! They truly care about their residents & it shows. It’s not too big so it’s easy to know most of the personnel. Management is always willing to help and welcomes feedback! I highly recommend this place if you have a family member who needs assistance but still want their independence! I am very grateful to have such a supportive & caring place for my mom!!!
Garden View has been great for my mom. From the front desk ladies to the aids to the nurses. I will say the director, Missy, is exceptional, she goes above and beyond for anything that you need help with. Her ability to listen, adapt, and lead with empathy has fostered a culture of care and resilience throughout Garden View. In short, Missy is not just a leader—she is a catalyst for positive change. Her work is not only appreciated but truly admired.
I could not ask for better care for my mother in the Memory Care. Anything I ask was taken care of. The food was so good my mom who is picky gained two pants sizes. Her room was cleaned, her clothes were washed. She had 3 baths a week. The people who took care of her were the sweetest. We had cameras in her room for both theirs and our protection. Top quality care. Professional, tender attention and compassionate care. My father received the best care imaginable. I will be forever grateful to the staff at Garden View. Management, desk staff, dietary, patient caregivers and nurses are without exception, the best I have ever encountered. I have worked in the medical field most of my life and I know that I look at things with great scrutiny. These people are taking care of the elderly the way I hope to be treated in my later years.
