I’ve lived at this property since July, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating and unresolved. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with ongoing habitability and safety issues, including a non-functioning heater during winter months, a carbon monoxide detector that repeatedly stopped working, and a persistent roach infestation in the bathroom and kitchen. It is beautiful here 🤩 clean and in a quiet area. Appliances are brand new And carpet is new as well. I have not seen any bugs either .
