I have lived in sagetree since 2004 and I have always been comfortable living here and always had a good relationship with management and never new it was all fake which is sad that people can be like that !! But oh well u learn something new all the time !! Now we have a new manager and she is a beautiful soul and treats her workers with respect and treats all that live in sagetree the same way !! It's amazing to see the joy that there is here in sagetree who ever has a negative to say truely needs to look in there backyard... read more
I never had a problem paying rent until they changed mangers the lady from the other trailer park messed up our account I went above and beyond to get it paid I called paylease they told me they they put a note under our account that said do not accept payment before our rent is due now we gave them our 30 days to move out ant they threaten to evict us
