I warned my boyfriend against going to the store, but he did, because it is as convenient, but after his experi nice, he will never be going back. My boyfriend purchased some bundles of T posts and asked about the clips, which are usually included, at no extra charge, at other farm supply stores. The clerk told him they cost extra, but didn't say how much and told him if he didn't let me it, he can go elsewhere, so he returned the posts and went elsewhere. Sad to say, today was my last time patronizing this establishment. Have been a customer off and on, (had done moves from and returns to the area), for almost a decade. And in a prior Yelp review I praised their customer service. A true example of how bad management can change a culture. A fall from grace. They used to be so wonderful, now can't be bothered to assist customers. Uneducated in equine feed, uninformed about the products they sell and uninterested in being better. Horrible customer service. I tried to return a tool I bought the day before, I didn't even use it. They wouldn't let me return it because it was my fault I bought the wrong tool. I was just trying to get the one I needed instead.
