Return calls would be great, even better, answer the phone. Called several times regarding a prescription, myself and my pharmacy. No calls back, no one answers the phone, mainline or extensions. For TWO months now. I agree it is nice to have an office in GV and not make a a run down the hill, but if we can't get help then what's the point? It's taken a lot of years to write up this review, so I've pretty much had it with the lack of response and/or customer service. Excellent providers and staff that meet my needs for medical care. Whenever receiving services my issues are listened to and options for care are presented to me. I’m thankful GVFM is in this community.
Dr. Moser at the Avimor location is amazing! All the staff are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
No need to drive to the valley, absolutely top quality medical available right here. Dr Konig is the best. The staff are professional and friendly. L9ve this place!
