I would like to give a five star review to general manager, Jeff, CRD, Christina and Kevin Concierge at Solita in Roseburg Oregon. Unexpectedly, I had to move my Dad Bill into a community without any warning. I didn’t have a mover and the community supplied us with a furnished room. Being from out of town, we needed a place to stay and they offered a room, basically I needed 100% assistance to make this move successful and Christina and Jeff gave us so much help during the process. This has been good place for my mom. Ken and his staff were very kind and compassionate.
My compliments and thanks to everyone at Holiday Garden Valley in Roseburg. Both my parents moved into this facility in August and immediately felt at home – even after leaving a house where they’d lived over 40 years. Their tenure did not last as my mother was diagnosed with cancer two months after that move. This is an independent living facility not assisted. There are wonderful apartments at good monthly rates. Basic cleaning, basic cable, and meals are included in the monthly rates! Visitors eat free. The meals are very well prepared and the selection is nicely varied day to day. Fantastic amount of activities. Property is lockdown at night for safety. There is an in-house beauty technician that does both men and women by appointment. Really great place to live if you're tired of living alone and tired of maintaining a house.... read more
