Premier Demetia facility in Metro Denver All facilities go through ups and downs. I have had my dad at Garden Terrace for 4 years and as a family member, I am proud to say that I have seen this facility come full circle. The owner of the facility has restored pride back into the building by providing a complete renovation. The building is BEAUTIFUL and provides a CLASSY "home like" environment. FILTHY DIRTY PLACE..... I HAVE SEEN FIRST HAND OF THE FILTH HERE AND WHAT GOES ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, FROM WRONGFUL DEATHS, TO RESIDENT ABUSE, POOR CARE I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS PUT ANYONE I CARE ABOUT HERE IN THIS FACILITY
