They DO NOT fix THEIR errors and then threaten to sue when insurance won’t pay. My dad had his ANNUAL CHECKUP and it got coded incorrectly. He called the Drs office and they refused to code it correctly. We contacted his insurance, who gave us additional help, but then Siena continued to harass Dad until he paid. THIEVES!
Dr Boodrum is an asset to your clinic. She’s very kind, patient and caring towards my boys. The nurse Susan however was not. For working in peds, she was very unfriendly, difficult and clearly not understanding of special needs children. She was very rushing with my son and not understanding of patience when giving him a direction. No follow up when she was supposed to after a phone call to get a medically needed device for him and referrals for services he needs. Really bad customer service today. I was to have labs, xray, ct. After checking and labs, xray never got my information and I was left sitting in the waiting room. The labs were supposed to be done prior to CT. A 1pm appt turned into tech telling me at 125 labs were not analyzed. Poor poor service
