My father called earlier, and the secretary who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive toward him simply because he doesn’t speak English. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but this type of professionalism is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on your office and creates an unwelcoming and discriminatory environment for non English speaking patients in such a diverse city. The check in on first floor mixes up the appts, now made my mom miss appt with specialist Dr. Frimpong today. Had to reschedule because the secretary said it wasn't in the system

They DO NOT fix THEIR errors and then threaten to sue when insurance won’t pay. My dad had his ANNUAL CHECKUP and it got coded incorrectly. He called the Drs office and they refused to code it correctly. We contacted his insurance, who gave us additional help, but then Siena continued to harass Dad until he paid. THIEVES!

Dr Boodrum is an asset to your clinic. She’s very kind, patient and caring towards my boys. The nurse Susan however was not. For working in peds, she was very unfriendly, difficult and clearly not understanding of special needs children. She was very rushing with my son and not understanding of patience when giving him a direction. No follow up when she was supposed to after a phone call to get a medically needed device for him and referrals for services he needs.
