Never received my wedding album and it’s been 5 years.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR NEW COMPANY REFLECTIONS STUDIO. They have cheated their clients of their memories and money. My friend is still waiting for an answer and Marina and Vlad (owners) are avoiding them even after collecting the full payment. Do NOT trust them you will never see your beautiful memories. I know I will not get an answer as I am not leaving a good review and good reviews are over 9 months old. STAY AWAY.......!
Marina was great. It was a last minute decision to have a photographer at our 50th high school reunion. She was able to accommodate us, referred by our DJ and snapped away for 4 hours. Thanks so much Marina! Great memories
Terrible and Unprofessional! I was very clear with her in the pictures I wanted for my wedding, and she didn't follow through on anything. Made my parents (divorced for 20 years) "prom-pose" in all of my photos (I didn't know it until I saw the pictures because I was in front of them while they were taken, I will NEVER hang these in my home- awkward); made my sister feel uncomfortable when she heard she wasn't a bridesmaid; ate the catered meal with her team when she told me "don't pay for meals for my staff, give them that ... read more
