The ER check in was pleasant and Luke was seen very quickly. Our doctor explained the treatment thoroughly. The front desk staff for check in and check out was phenomenal. Our doctor, too phenomenal, put us at ease and handled our baby with care. The empathy and open communication
I over all had a pretty good experience. The only thing I would change would be the amount of front desk staff you have during the night (especially a Saturday). Diane, the front desk liaison was simply stellar. She had so many tasks to do by herself including helping a family going through euthanasia but still stayed professional and helpful. The staff is always attentive. The veterinarian explains everything in detail and answers questions fully. Dr. Adams is very professional, empathetic and responsive to questions. The entire process was smooth, and the staff very professional. The veterinarian is outstanding.
