The level of care, knowledge and friendly, caring communication from the office staff to the doctors is outstanding. The facility itself is immaculate. Dr. Glasser in oncology was thorough in his explanations of meds, procedures and results and always reached out as soon as they were back. We never had to chase him down for followup. I took my cat in for an I-131 injection. They were able to take my cat pretty quickly and offered extended boarding time which was a lifesaver since I did not have a place to quarantine my cat after the injection. They took such good care of her and called me everyday with my cat's status. The injection itself literally saved my cat's life. Her T4 number went from 9.1 to under 2, which now falls into the normal range for T4. Dr. Smith and GSVS staff was amazing! We came in through ER and was seen right away. Dr. Smith was thorough on exam and went over all our options and we did not feel rushed or forced to do any diagnostics without talking. I would highly recommend to anyone!
The team of the hospital is amazing! From the minute we entered the hospital to the moment we were leaving we were surrounded by warm, caring, and highly professional people! They supported us while we were emotional wreck and found the best solution to help our Monty to avoid the surgery! We really appreciate their hard work and dedication!
