First let me begin to say .. I had heard horrible stories about this hospital but I was desperate to get my dog help. I arrived approx 630 am and was met with a rude front desk lady.. I waited over 2 hours to even be seen . The one and only nice person was the tech,Madilyn, she treated us with respect . Then was the worst expierence with Dr Levine..he was cold, rude and showed NO compassion. After waiting another 4 hours for “results” from the bloodwork and x-rays … he was even worse.. I had to take my elderly cat to this vet for a walk-in, as she was suffering from a UTI. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional, and the spaces were all well kept.
Excellent service, highly recommend this vet for all emergency and specialty care!
I took my dog to Garden State Veterinary yesterday, because she was having trouble walking. She was not putting weight on her leg. She had just been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and it had already been a tough week. Dr. Cali treated my Maggie. It turned out to be minor and Maggie’s paw/leg were ok. Distance from home, professionalism, clinic set up and waiting time. They were very kind and patient with my shy and fearful dog. clear explanations. Did not try to push additional/unnecessary tests.
