They are wonderful we needed a pediatric urologist and we were referred to Garden State Urology and Dr. Sarah Lambert is wonderful. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions and concerns about the surgery our son needed . The office staff is fantastic too and super friendly .
I can only speak about the office staff so far, but I called and spoke directly to Jamina. She was great! She took her time answering my many questions, got my daughter an appointment right away and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. If the doctors are anything like Jamina, we will be in good hands. Thank you!
Horrible service!!! Lack of compassion and empathy. I had an appointment for my 5 month old that I’ve waited 4 months for. Was told that I need to reschedule at the window bc I seemed to have a cold. There was no questionnaire over the phone or text stating that I need to reschedule if we were sick. They did not ask about any symptoms. We are not coughing, we tested negative for Covid, no fever, no mucus. I just look sick bc I’ve been getting over a cold and I’m tired from nursing my son. We had an outstanding experience with Garden State Urology and cannot recommend Dr. Prasad enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, with excellent bedside manners.
