Dr. Wei and her staff is excellent! I leave simply because of the new owners refuse to take on the expense of mychart - thus the four rating. I left summit medical because of miss communication between doctors. Inside and outside that caused me to have CKD. My firm belief is that mychart may have caught this earlier. If they decide to incur the expense of mychart, i will stay. She is excellent. John

This office is a disaster, 48 minutes in hold! They don't care! DO NOT USE THEM, no care, no compassion, no service. Dr Kaynan should be ashamed how bad the level of care you and your office provides.

I absolutely love Dr. Lambert herself, but unfortunately the scheduling department is a mess. Lina, the scheduler, was unwilling to help me find an appointment that accommodated my needs. What upset me most was a comment made by the office manager, Greg, who said, “If you would leave your son on the operating table, that would not be good.” I was shocked by such an inappropriate statement, especially since no one suggested anything like that. This office is amazing, everyone is so kind and caring and truly cares about you and your child. The staff is attentive and accommodating. Dr. Prasad was wonderful, so kind and compassionate and truly took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me. They were able to quickly schedule my son’s procedure, answer every question I had, and treated us with so much much respect. I am so grateful for everyone in this office! Thank you all so much!
