This office is amazing, everyone is so kind and caring and truly cares about you and your child. The staff is attentive and accommodating. Dr. Prasad was wonderful, so kind and compassionate and truly took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me. They were able to quickly schedule my son’s procedure, answer every question I had, and treated us with so much much respect. I am so grateful for everyone in this office! Thank you all so much!
My child is a patient at the office. Scheduling appointments and treatment of staff is great. However after my child had surgery, he was never seen again by the surgeon. I was told by the surgeon herself that our follow up would be with her and we got scheduled with a nurse practioner. They are friendly, however it isn't the same being seen by someone who didn't perform the surgery and could explain in detail about concerns. Awful. Literally impossible to get an appointment in person all they want is to do a phone call which does nothing for me. They refuse to treat people. Would not recommend.
They are wonderful we needed a pediatric urologist and we were referred to Garden State Urology and Dr. Sarah Lambert is wonderful. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions and concerns about the surgery our son needed . The office staff is fantastic too and super friendly .
