This place takes my insurance, so I scheduled a consult with Dr. Steinberg, requiring me to take time off and adjust my schedule. I meet with him and he says someone will contact me to schedule. Other than feeling extremely disregarded by the doctor I was seeing, I was also incorrectly billed more than once which took weeks to finally understand was fixed. I also had left samples at the office for two different tests during a visit. One of them was $300 out of pocket and was lost/incorrectly sent out and the other was never even ordered at all. If you're a young person under the age of 50 having urinary issues then go somewhere else. One doctor is absolutely rude, refuses to make eye contact, and will try to leave the room in less than 5 minutes. The other is over booked and has a zero tolerance appoint miss policy. In other words if you miss an appointment suddenly the next appointment is 6 months out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IM REPORTING THIS OFFICE TO MY INSURANCE!!!.
Giving 2 stars because of how sweet and professional the front staff and nurse was, however I left my appointment feeling completely unheard and blown off by Dr. Pressler. I don’t think Dr. Pressler spent more than 3 minutes in the chair and gave me absolutely no advice or treatment on how I should handle my extremely bothersome overactive bladder other than “drink less water at night” and “this will probably blow over in a week or two” (I explained this issue has been ongoing for a month) He ended the appointment by schedul... read more
