I am on the competitive team and absolutely love it. There’s been many times I wanted to give up they encouraged me. They’re always so helpful and caring and the hard-working environment makes me better as a gymnast and as a person. .

This is our first time putting out 3 1/2 year old in gymnastics and she absolutely loves it! She now does little obstacle courses at home from the moves she is learning. The staff is super friendly with the little ones and we are looking forward to see her grow here! The only thing that is the seating is a little awkward and sometimes you can’t see the angle where your child is. But it’s a fully open gym and it’s only like maybe a few minutes of not being able to see.

We are so grateful we found GSTA. After a very difficult experience on a team at another gym, my daughter became anxious and even wanted to quit gymnastics, GSTA has completely changed her relationship with the sport. My daughter (9) joined the team at GSTA in 2025 and is truly thriving. The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and focus on building both skill and confidence.
