Terrible experience here! When my group got there we were told it would be an hour wait. We decided to go get food while we waited. We asked the employee if it was okay for us to leave and if we needed to pay beforehand or do anything to secure our spot. We were told not to worry go get food and come back in an hour. And hour later we arrived back, only to be told we would be at the back of the line and have to wait an additional half an hour. We decided to go elsewhere. I went to GSSC with my gf and another couple yesterday, of which three of us were first timer shooters. We used a groupon to purchase ammunition, firearms, and time. Overall, we had a great experience especially with one specific range officer. We informed our range officer (forgot his name) that we were first timers and he was very nice and extremely patient in getting us familiar with our firearms. Everyone there was great. I picked up a couple the last few months and the range is good, clean and not too crowded when I went. Only thing they could do is paint the distances on the floor. Nice to know how far to target
