We used this removal company in August and unfortunately had a highly stressful and disappointing experience. We were told the truck would arrive at 11am for a 2:30pm settlement. When 11am passed with no update, we called and were told they were running late. By 11:30am we had to call again, and this time we were told they wouldn’t arrive until around 1pm. I can’t recommend Garden State Removals enough. I spoke to Paul about a small nuisance job. He promised to get it sorted within the week. He rang with a time and worked around my schedule when he was doing me a favour. He sent two lovely men and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. I’d give them 10 stars if I could for good old fashion service.

Garden State Removals were brilliant for our move. They were reassuring, careful, brought us a mid-morning coffee, and helped out with a complex refrigerator transport the next day when the big name retailers were being useless. I thoroughly recommend their services.
