I am absolutely devastated that while im waiting for my session with Brian today, I instead get a call to tell me that Brian has left the practice. I was in complete shock and choked up! He was amazing! I actually broke down after hearing this. This is the second psych/APN that I have really enjoyed working with and looked forward to our sessions and now they are just gone!
My psychiatrist, Diane, is the best doctor I have ever had, and her care has been truly life-changing. From both a clinical and personal standpoint, she has significantly improved my mental health and overall well-being. I’ve never met a more caring psychiatric group, and I’ve had my fair share of doctors in my 20 years of mental illness. They CARE and they get to know you very well in order to figure out what will help you the most. Very personable and wonderful. I’ve recommended everyone I know to them! I can’t say enough! They’re the best! I’m so grateful.
DO NOT USE- Owner Diane Wright is unreliable & unethical, she repeatedly pushed religion on me despite repeated pushback. She just has her husband and stepdaughter run the voicemail only phone system, so you can never reliably get a refill or appointment. I have twice been forced to withdrawal from my ADHD meds bc they are so unresponsive- always responsive with the bill though! Brain Portanova is a great provider but can’t imagine he’ll want to stay working in such a situation for long.
I have been a patient here for years. Brian is such an amazing psychiatrist and he actually listens to concerns and adjusts meds as needed. I have never felt so truly cared about from a psych doctor before coming here.
