By far the most unprofessional and unsettling practice I have ever interacted with. Last month 10 minutes prior to my appointment I was told my provider no longer worked there and was placed with Diane. I had two brief appointments with her, before running out of a medication prescribed by my previous provider. I called last wednesday afternoon to request a refill and did not hear back. I cannot say enough about Diane and the care she’s provided. For nearly all of my son’s 20s, we had brief, dismissive appointments with other doctors. But since April, Diane has been different. She took the time to truly listen, and in this short time, she gave him a proper diagnosis and integrated therapy. For the first time, we’ve seen real progress. This place is amazing. I want to put my honest feedback on Dr.Diane and her work on my friend over the years. Dr. Diane is an amazing therapist. I had a really positive experience with this Diane in my the first session, she created a space that felt safe, welcoming, and completely judgment free . She listens very carefully and makes you feel like your thoughts and emotions truly matter.
