They have rescheduled more than any office i ever dealt with. Most recently, I had asked them to TELL ME when to come in after the 3rd escheduled appointment. They gave me a date and again it was rescheduled. If you can't even understand your own scheduling software,calendar, and availability...why would I trust you care enough about humans to help them? One of the best family doctors, Dr. Deora, but with very bad Billings team. Be prepared to get unexplained bills(almost 1+ year old charges) with some unexplained penalties, disconnected departments( they dont talk to each other), and threatened to refer to collections.... a complete chaos for and messup with billing. 10+ calls with explaining everything and proving no fault, ends up helplessly pay them to avoid torcher. You may be happy with doctor but billing team will test your vitals every single time....

Tried to get my daughter an appointment there because she's quite sick. Called waited on hold only to be disconnected four times. Emailed and left our number as directed because of their "call volume" and never got a call back. We will be getting another doctor who ACTUALLY can get us an appointment.
They act like I’m the one getting paid to show up 30 minutes before my appointment. If you’re not 10 minutes early, they straight up refuse to see you. Or, best case, if the stars align, you have to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. They see things like “human” and “care” to be irrelevant and immaterial. Doctor is ok, but their whole system is just horrible. You’re just a number to them. Go somewhere else.
