They are very hard to reach. No one answers the one. During my appointment everything went so quickly I did not even understand what to do and none of my consultation questions were answered. I had to ask again to the receptionist and then she went to dr and came back with short answers... Very disappointed.
I wish I could rate this place worse. The doctor made a mistake and is charging for correcting his mistake. Incredibly unprofessional and threatens us with collections unless we are forced into higher payments.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, FRAUDULENT BILLING. My moms insurance did not cover this oral surgeon, yet since he was recommended we made sure to ask for visit pricing to determine if we were able to afford it. One price was given to us, we tried to pay after consult and the secretary said that the bill would be sent home, even though we insisted to pay. 3 weeks later we got a bill 5 times more than what were told it would be.
