I just had a very frustrating and disappointing experience speaking with a GSMLS representative over the phone. Despite clearly explaining my question multiple times, I was unable to get a straightforward answer to what should have been a simple inquiry. The conversation left me feeling extremely discouraged. Such a horrible and traumatic experience.
The customer service is hit and miss depending who picks up. I've had some really helpful customer service and some that were really not helpful and had no patience.
