Purchased my certified pre- Honda vehicle April 2024. A week later my battery died, my AC sounded like a motorcycle and my oil was at 40%. After I wrote my review Debbie called me stating that she will reimburse me for my battery and complete an oil change on the house. my wife had an 09:30 appoint. for an oil change today 7/16/2021. she was on time it is now11:23 and the just started on the car. The service dept. has gone down hill since we first car this is car # 5 and i think our last from garden state honda.
