Seriously?? Trying to get copies of my Holter Monitor reports! Called to request them, was told they would be at the front desk. I went to pick them up and they gave me the one from May (24hour). The one in June(2 week event monitor) they refused to give me, I was told it had not been viewed by the Dr and I would have to come in to talk to him about the results! Dr. Vonhise is excellent. My husband, his patient, has brought that office business. Very thorough and deserves five stars but......One of the receptionists, Jillian, was unprofessional and aggressive, which takes away from the otherwise positive experience. I mentioned the affiliated hospital hadn't called us to verify an appointment and we hadn't heard back on results. She grew very defensive and was almost yelling that it wasn't her fault.
