What an overall terrible experience. I had such high hopes, considering my mother said such great things about this office. I came in here with a positive outlook, and immediately I was greeted by an old woman with a short gray ashy bob who stared at me for a second as if I wasn’t supposed to be standing in front of her and then finally greeted me. after showing the same energy back, things were immediately out of whack. No customer services
Please do not go here. My pharmacy called them they did not pick up, I called multiple times and no one picked up. When they finally picked up they started to get frustrated because they did not know how to authorize for the pharmacy. I left multile messages to speak to a manager and no return call. Most of the office staff has no training on how to run the office. The doctor was nice but no point in dealing with the office if they will not pick up or return calls.
