If I could give a zero stars I would. I purchased a custom color garage door in July, 2022 for over $2,000. I chose this company over other companies, due to the fact he said warranty and close to home. Well fast forward to November 2025, start having a problem with the garage not closing right before Thanksgiving, give them a call. Charlie the owner called back this evening stating that my review was wrong it's not the My Q that is the app, it's my liftmaster. He then said that my husband puts some wrong item on my garage door which he only put WD40. Then he stated that we tinkered with the door to make this happen and if I said I did not I need to go to church. I highly recommend Garden State. This is the second time i have used them for a garage repair at home and used them on my job as well. Each time the experience was exemplary. This time, Steve and Charlie did a great job replacing the cables on my garage door. More importantly, I wasn't home so my wife worked with them. There was NO sales pressure or an attempt to inflate the need for services. Honesty and very fair pricing makes this team amazing.
