I wasnt looking for unprofessional, unresponsive and unhelpful but found GSE to be just that. In-home analysis was not nearly as thorough as we needed. Had to chase many times for a report. When it eventually arrived it revealed gaps in the assessment we needed. No willingness to re-attempt or re-imburse. Gave up. Trying Colden instead who are certified.
