Lou, Mike, and Traci were great. They described the work in detail and did a thorough job.Our drainage basin was in need of maintenance and we needed a reliable contractor to ensure it drained properly. To be fair, this review is not about the kind of work Lou or his crew can do, I wouldn’t know because they didn’t show up for TWO confirmed appointments. The first time, Cathy apologized, saying that she entered the wrong date. Because I can make mistakes like that, too, I gave them another chance and booked the next available appointment. My mom had to cancel an appointment to be at home during the time-frame Lou was supposed to be here and he didn’t show up again! The excuse, once again, is that she put in the wrong date. ... read more

If the way this man drives around his own hometown is any indication of the work he does I would avoid at all cost! Pretty stupid to drive around a billboard like a complete a-hole. No turn single, cutting people off left and right, jumping between lanes and riding shoulders to pass people, not to mention the illegal turns and cutting through parking lots to avoid lights. Lou and his team did a great job! Everything was explained in detail how the drainage would work. When the job was complete it was explained again. Back yard has been dry for the first time in 10 years Thank you!
