Tried to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist decided to laugh at my problems vs help. So unprofessional and untrustworthy. Will be taking my business elsewhere !!
The service was very good, and the staff were attentive. However, in my experience, the honesty regarding the prices charged was not consistent across the board. I was charged $140 just to sit in the chair and have a tooth evaluated. Furthermore, I was charged $100 more for the extraction of that same tooth than a relative of mine was charged for the exact same procedure. This left me with the impression that the rates charged are not applied equally to all patients, which left me quite disappointed.
I chipped my tooth on a Sunday and called that day, to my surprise Dr. Taraz Motamedi, DMD answered himself and proceeded to evaluate me . He just so happened to be by the office Monday (their closed day) and took me in. Never expected this high level of service and empathy from an office, what a wonderful experience. And it's wheelchair accessible awesome office.
