I would leave zero stars if possible. I’m a current pt with this practice. Have been waiting 5 days now for my script to be sent over!!! Called every day and was given the speal of “I’ll pass it on to the doctor” n just never gets done!!! Stay far away!! Especially if looking for and sort of meds, since as we all know going 5 days without such important meds could be destructive for your life. But don’t worry they charged my co pay of $70 , n now wants nothing to do with me.
Doctors are nice, but a receptionist named 'Willie' was rude and dismissive to me when I asked her to pass a message along to one of the doctors. Also, 7/10 times I call Garden State Counseling I get a voicemail and don't hear back for days at a time. If you're looking for a psychiatrist, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Doctor Rasheed and his staff are excellent. I have been going to him for over 10 years. The only problem is. Sometimes you can't get ahold of the office. but like someone else mentioned if you text the doctor on his cellphone, he always replies. Also once you get to know him he's actually a really cool guy.
