I'm treated well its a small branch which I prefer excellent tellers
Under this new managerial team, I've had nothing short of an exemplary experience at this Flagstar Bank location. Their rating does not adequately reflect their good work in my opinion. I have to say my experience banking here has improved tremendously. Keep doing what you're doing and thank you!
This the worse bank on the planet. This branch in Toms River still uses ATM machines that you need to put your money and checks in an envelope like it's 1985. I came on a Monday at 12:30pm I was the only person on line to make a deposit because the ATM is from 1985. I was told to take a seat that I would be next. They had no tellers working. I felt I was in a time warp. Stay away from this bank. You are better off cashing your check the liquor store because you will need a drink after dealing with these people
