I waited days for them to come out to clean out a birds nest from my drier vent. Carlo said he would come between 1-4pm and he would call me when he was on the way. He called at 12:46 and as I was attempting to respond and send someone to my house to let him in, he left my house before 1pm and told me I would need to reschedule. I called another guy who showed up an hour later and cleaned the birds’ nest out of my drier vent for half the price.

Carlo and staff pat and John did such an amazing job. Old school values and fair pricing. If I could give the company 10 stars, I would. Dryer vent cleaning and flex hose replacement was performed after 30 years of neglect. Again, highly recommend company.

Just had our dryer vent cleaned out. Got a call from Carlo ahead of the agreed-to time. Tom and Pat came and did a great job - professional and polite. This is the second time we used them. Highly recommend.

Called to hire these guys. They came out to first do an assessment and quoted us $1300. Then we never heard from them again after calling to schedule several times. Cape Air Duct Cleaning came through for us. Within days we had a quote for $800 and they actually came and did the job. Quickly I might add.
