The techs are fine. Office staff sucks. Never answer the phone and never call you back. They used to be good. Not no more.
I'm reviewing the repair to my installation. The tech, Justin showed up earlier than scheduled, excellent. I explained my concerns, he listened. He then looked at all parts of the install. Told me the issues explained what he needed to do. He stayed to be sure my system was working . He also told me what to watch for. Thank you
I am extremely disappointed in the air conditioning install which was started a week ago & is still not completed. AC unit didn't fit, a part was broken, etc. In addition, my wall near unit was damaged requiring spackle & paint, the scuttle hole to attic is broke, dirty finger marks all over closet wall, closet bifold no longer closes properly. I had my handyman repair all the damage. An AC install should take one day or two at most. This has been a nightmare and I still do not have AC completed.I will be sending photos to t... read more

Once we told them we were going to hire them to replace our central A/C, responses became sporadic until the job was done, but service declined significantly after payment.
