Garden State replaced my central AC, the install was difficult, but Justin and the crew did a great job! Very impressed with their work and cleanup was great! The price was also reasonable!
Had new ac and furnace installed 4 months ago. Received phone call yesterday saying permit was ready to be picked up and to schedule an inspection. When sales guy was here he never mentioned a permit or inspection after it was installed. You would think the inspection should have been done after it was installed not 4 months later. Customers should be told this when they make the purchase. Still waiting for an email back
Updating my original review- frustrating the amount of time the process took and the initial feedback of needing to wait days for a fix, but in the end garden state showed up the next morning and fixed the issue.
Horrible service and bad product. Waited for over a week to get the air conditioning replaced by the time a tech came out to confirm what we already knew, a sales guy to come give the estimate and then them to schedule the replacement. Paid them on the spot for the replacement and it broke within 2 hours. They are currently claiming they will come 3 days later to fix their issue… I’ve never dealt with a worse company. Unprofessional, incompetent, and left us stranded in a heatwave. Garden State charged me nearly $600 to put Freon in my Mitsubishi splits but refused to actually check the lines. When we immediately smelled gas and the units failed to work, they promised a technician the next day. That appointment was abruptly broken with the claim that they "needed parts" (which the first technician never flagged), that they didn't know when they could get them, and—incredibly—that they weren't even rated to work on this specific equipment ... read more
