We had our yearly AC tune up with Jack at Garden State Air Conditioning Company. Just like last year, he did a wonderful job,and we look forward to continuing working with them.
Terrible communication and lack of respect for customers' time. We are currently in the middle of an AC installation and the service has been an absolute nightmare. Last Monday, a manager was supposed to come at 9 AM and never showed up or called. After multiple ignored texts, we were promised someone would come on Saturday. My husband stayed home all morning waiting, and once again, NO ONE showed up and NO ONE called. The sales rep claims he didn't know anything.
