LAWSUIT WORTHY??? I'm down to file a civil suit for disgusting and unsanitary building conditions and safety concerns! Trashed property constantly, doors propped open, broken glass in parking lot. Cockroaches and mice. CHARGES YOU FOR THE INFESTATION. I wish I never moved here. I'm still packed up from moving here. Hallways are filthy and laundry rooms are terrifying to go in to. Filthy and uncared for. Pictures to validate.
I’ve never review an apartment before but it was really dirty as stated . I had rats and roaches in my apartment and management only set up traps to kill them. The apartment smells bad and I ran into the cops running after someone . The apartment is frequently visited by the police . The apartment management was really rude except for Patrick and they charged me wrongly even tho I had discussed a plan with the management. I wouldn’t recommend moving here even if it’s your first apartment.
