Its like a abandoned property. The grass it tall old leaves are still next to the porches an in the nuks of the apartments. It just looks dirty an old but it could of at least been cleaned up...they do charge for mowing now so no excuse for the way it appears ..
The bugs you are actually seeing are WATER BUGS. Not roaches! Don't know enough personally to give it a star rating.
