I purchased a few of the beautiful flower pots from the Deer Park location. Within a couple, days I started seeing dead bumble bees on the ground around the pots. We started watching the bumble bees fly around the flowers and instantly, they were on the ground struggling. I have now counted an excess of 50 dead bees. This is only happening around the pots I purchased from here. I called and left a message and explained what was happening with the bees and did not get a response. This was the first and last Christmas tree I'll ever buy from here. It was the most expensive tree I've ever bought at $100. And it died faster and deader than any tree ever. It was dead and drooping by Christmas. It was brittle. And it made a huge mess. What a huge disappointment.

Great center with VERY knowledgeable staff! The gal (blue hair- wish I would have gotten her name) was very helpful and patient. She explained my options to me and knew her products! The man who loaded my truck was so kind and had the biggest smile on his face. After loading the bark, he wiped the excess off the ledge of the truck (sometimes it’s the littlest things that make a big difference). Exceptional experience and we will be back! Thanks Garden Springs!
