Was excited to have a patio put in but not happy with how it turned out. Patio is not as level as we believe it should be and many parts exposed. Not to mention our yard is destroyed all around still and the grass did not grow back due to the damage from their crew. Gives me anxiety to sit outside on the patio because of the mess they left behind They claim to be landscaping company but I don't see how. I’ve used Garden Sanctuaries for multiple projects. I absolutely love their work. The first thing that impressed me was the creativity and artistry of their designs, for both plants and hard landscapes. They come up with the coolest and prettiest designs. They always “wow” me with what they come up with. And they are excellent listeners, giving me what I want/need. I am guessing the good reviews on Google are either from Garden Sanctuaries' owners/employees or very close friends who know the "magic" to get them to do good work. My experience with them was significantly different. I contracted with them on 1/12/2021 to perform landscaping in my backyard to include: patio, dry creek bed w/ bridge, plantings w/ beds, crusher run pathways and RV pad. I had to wait until May 6, 2021 before they could begin. Jay had estimated the effort of the project at a fews days to perhaps a week. After ... read more
