WE FEEL SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! They contracted with us to do some work on our deck in May, 2025. They required deposits for the work in advance but did not finish the work or provide the materials to finish the work. By December, 2025 Garden Sanctuaries agreed to terminate the contract and they agreed to refund our money. Now, well over a year since they took our money, they still have not refunded the money as they agreed, and they are no longer responding to our requests for payment.
Stevie & Jay and the Garden Sanctuaries team were a pleasure to work with - helped design and install two pavers patios in our backyard. Turned out beautifully by also installing a dry creek alongside to eliminate a drainage problem creating a nice outdoor space. We've been looking to make this improvement for a while and when Jay arrived for the initial consultation he produced the perfect design. Stevie meticulously implemented the project!
