PA APPROVAL ALREADY ON FILE BUT PHARMACY CAN'T PROCESS THE CLAIM. STUPID PHARMACY
Even 1 star is too much for this pharmacy. What a dysfunctional place! The woman pharmacist also hasn't been taught how to talk normally to others. Extremely rude and unhappy with her job. Do yourself a favor and take your prescription somewhere else.
The Drug Enforcement Administration needs to scrutinize their books. I used to deal with Rite aide in 11419, looks like my info was forwarded to this pharmacy without my permission and all of the sudden they started refilling my refills with out my consent and knowledge. I relocated to Florida months ago and they still continue even after my notifying them to stop refilling my meds and to my surprise they said they have a signature which is all lies. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I was transferred to this pharmacy after rite aid closed down. This place has been a nightmare since I started receiving my prescriptions here. They deliver the prescriptions whenever they want, no previous warning to customers. The store is disorganized, bags of prescriptions everywhere with no clear sign of an organization plan.
